Nextech AR Solutions Corp said the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary ARWAY Ltd have entered into a binding agreement with PC 1 Corp to acquire ARWAY’s assets. The company said the agreement was negotiated at arm’s length and was effective as of June 1, 2022. ARWAY’s principal asset is an application called ARitize Maps, a no-code web-based, end-to-end Metaverse creator platform, including AR navigation, multiple creators, version control, and analytics.
BioVaxys Technology Corp has announced that its research collaboration with Ohio State University to jointly evaluate the company’s novel approach for a “universal vaccine” to treat a broad range of sarbecoviruses has reached a new milestone. The company said Ohio State has completed the preparation of the surrogate virus neutralization assays for the SARS-CoV-2 variants, as well as Pangolin-Cov-GD1 and Bat-CoV-RaTG13 sarbecoviruses. The next step will be immunizing the test animals with BVX-1021, BioVaxys’ “booster” vaccine to be administered with current SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, to target sarbecoviruses.
SpotLite360 IOT Solutions Inc. has posted revenue of C$0.944 million in the three months ended March 31, 2022 compared to C$0.199 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2021 as a result of a new customer implementation. The company said the new business is anticipated to generate more than C$12 million in revenue throughout 2022. “We are very excited to show these results and further validate our strategy of delivering supply chain transparency, trust and proof of sustainability claims to both customers and consumers,” Spotlite360 president and CEO James Greenwell said in a statement.
Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd reported results from a geophysical survey at its Southmore copper-gold project that it said further supports the large-scale porphyry potential of the project. Information from the SkyTEM survey flown last fall was interpreted together with results from work in the early 1990s and from two field seasons by Mountain Boy’s geologists, the company said. “The SkyTEM results supplement the information from the field work, supporting the premise that the widespread copper and gold values at Southmore could be related to a porphyry system,” Lucia Theny, vice president at Mountain Boy said in a statement. Assays of up to 3.6 grams per tonne gold, 111 grams per tonne silver, 20.2% copper, 2.85% lead and 12.4% zinc were returned from the property.
Globex Mining Enterprises Inc informed shareholders that Cartier Resources Inc has announced that InnovExplo Inc have been awarded a mandate to estimate the gold resources of the Nordeau West deposit located 450 metres east of Cartier’s Chimo Mine. Globex noted that it retains a 3% Gross Metal Royalty on the Nordeau West deposit as well as a large number of other claims to the east along the Cadillac Break corridor. “This new resource estimate will allow the NI 43-101 resources of the Nordeau West deposit to be integrated with the resource estimate parameters that take into account the lateral proximity of the existing and projected mining infrastructures of the Chimo Mine property,” Cartier Resources CEO Philippe Cloutier said in a statement. 
Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd has announced that it will be presenting the Plantein line of plant-based entrees at the Planted Expo in Vancouver this weekend. Held on June 4 and 5 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Planted Expo is Canada’s largest plant-based event of the year, focused on consumers looking to add more plant-based choices to their daily diets. Naturally Splendid said it would be featuring eight Plantein plant-based entrees at the expo including a Burger; Crispy Burger; Crumbed Tenders; Sweet Chili Tenders; Nuggets; Schnitzel cutlet; Garlic Kiev; and a Phishy Fillet.
Perk Labs Inc, which is helping restaurants transition to the digital economy through its Perk Hero platform, revealed that it signed an agreement with restaurant chain Deer Garden Signatures to provide them with Perk’s new online ordering services and a letter of intent with bubble tea chain, Chun Fun How, to develop a custom branded app. “We’re beyond pleased that Deer Garden Signatures has chosen Perk as its online ordering partner,” Perk interim vice president of sales Justin Strange said in a statement. “Perk’s new online ordering feature is an easy-to-launch ordering solution that provides everything restaurants need to quickly start accepting pickup and delivery orders through their existing website.” Strange noted that consumer “demand for order ahead and curbside pickup is here to stay,” and brands that maximize efficiency will gain “a significant competitive edge.”
Boosh Plant-Based Brands Inc has announced changes to its leadership team, saying its founder and president Connie Marples will also serve as interim CEO. The company noted that Jim Pakulis has stepped down as CEO and as a member of the board. The company will issue Pakulis a bonus of 500,000 shares, with each share having a deemed value of $0.25 per share and subject to a four-month and one day hold period ending on October 3, 2022.
Cypher Metaverse Inc has provided an update from blockchain company Arcology’s leadership team, which said it has engaged Baker Tilly WM Advisory to review the Arcology platform. Arcology is owned by Capital Blocktech Inc, of which Cypher owns 30%, according to the company. “This engagement will help advance the Arcology Blockchain Network roll out: the technical team at the Digital Technology and Risk practice of Baker Tilly has the experience, rigor and expertise to help us move our revolutionary blockchain ecosystem forward,” Arcology CEO Laurent Zhang said in a statement.
Fobi AI Inc announced that it has appointed Sam Sangha as the company’s new investor relations manager, effective June 7, 2022. The data intelligence firm said Sangha brings over 15 years of investor relations and business development experience with publicly-listed companies in the technology, fintech and resource industries. 
enCore Energy Corp announced that it will be at the Metals Investor Forum 2022 to be held at the Delta Hotel, Toronto on June 11-12, 2022. The company said it expects the data to be released in the summer. The LymPro (Lymphocyte Proliferation) Test determines the ability of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) and monocytes to withstand an exogenous mitogenic stimulation that induces them to enter the cell cycle.

INDVR Brands Inc has said it anticipates delays in filing its audited annual financial statements for the year ended January 31, 2022, the related management’s discussion and analysis, and chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications due to a combination of factors. The company estimates that it will require approximately an additional six weeks to complete the process of preparing the annual filings and in any event INDVR will use its best efforts to complete the process within the next two months.
LithiumBank Resources Corp announced that the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) has approved the listing of 2,282,994 common share purchase warrants issued by the company upon the automatic conversion of the 4,565,989 special warrants previously issued by the company, pursuant to a private placement that closed in two tranches on September 27, 2021, and October 15, 2021. The warrants will be posted for trading on the TSX-V at market open on June 8, 2022, under the symbol ‘LBNK.WT’.  Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of $2 per share until 5 PM PST on February 16, 2025. 
Adyton Resources Corp announced that it has successfully completed a wardens hearing for the renewal of exploration licence EL 2549. The exploration company said the hearing, which is a mandatory process step in the renewal for all exploration licences in Papua New Guinea (PNG), was conducted by senior Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) mining warden Kopi Wapa on May 31, 2022, at Wapolu village on Fergusson Island with all principal landowners present. “In PNG the wardens hearing is an important, mandatory part of the regulatory process for renewing exploration licences and provides an opportunity for the impacted stakeholders to provide input into the renewal process,” Adyton Resources managing director Tim Crossley said in a statement.  “The hearing confirmed strong support by land holders and other stakeholders for Adyton to continue its exploration activities,” Crossley added. Adyton noted that EL 2549 hosts the Wapolu prospect, which, together with the nearby Gameta prospect, is a key element to the company’s current commercialization assessment of the Fergusson Island projects.
